Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days after the order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
